FINASTERIDE

Finasteride is a synthetic medication belonging to the class of drugs known as 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors. It is primarily used to treat conditions related to an enlarged prostate gland, medically termed benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), as well as to manage androgenetic alopecia, commonly known as male-pattern baldness.
